The price net of VAT takes off that month's fuel VAT rate: 18% for June 2023 and earlier, 20% for August 2023 and later, and a day-weighted 19.42% for July 2023 (9 days at 18%, 22 at 20%). The price adjustment uses the price net of VAT (art. 4/1-l).
