The project command center

The contract unit-price schedule becomes read-only after site handover. The system continuously reconciles the total against the target and will not close the schedule if a rounding gap remains.

Missing technical staff turns into a penalty

Actual person-days are tracked for every role in the commitment schedule. Missing days become a penalty entry, and the system shows the estimated amount before the progress payment is cut.

  • Penalty preview: missing person-days × daily rate = estimated penalty
