Open the period and eight steps run in order, from the measurement summary to the cover sheet. Every progress payment is cumulative from the start of the works, and each line is traceable from gross amount to net payment.

Post-contract inflation is settled with the official formula F = An × B × (Pn − 1). The base index month is fixed in the contract, and the application month's index flows in on its own.

On unit-price works, material that will go into the works enters the progress payment once it is stockpiled on site with the administration's approval. The payment ratio comes per item from the tender document; a record without a ratio stays a draft and cannot be approved or paid.

The contract unit-price schedule becomes read-only after site handover. Even if the price later changes in your organisation's library, the project's line stays put, so which price applied on this project has one answer in an audit.

A project can run on more than one site. With tracking on, every measurement, stockpile and level-determination record is tied to a location, so what happened where never gets mixed up.

The current end date is never typed in anywhere: it is derived from the start of the term, the contract duration and the sum of approved extensions. Daily rate, the penalty-period boundary and the monthly distribution all read that single value.

Weather, headcount, the work done that day and the decisions taken, as standard records tied to a location and a date. They move through a sign-then-approve flow and can be returned.

For every technical role committed in the contract, how many people were on site for how many days is kept in a monthly grid. Missing person-days feed the technical personnel penalty.
