Milestone-based billing
For lump-sum work, a delivery plan: planned amount × completion rate.
Man-day based billing
For unit-price work, timesheets: days worked × the rate for each title.
Acceptance test gate
A delivery that fails its functional test cannot be billed; a go-live delivery also needs a security test.
SLA tracking
Response and resolution overruns on support tickets are deducted from the progress payment by the contract's penalty table.
VAT withholding by contract nature
The withholding rate follows the contract's nature: software development, maintenance and support, staffing or consulting.
