From assignment to progress payment
What comes when the sector goes on sale. Items marked "On the roadmap" are planned but not ready yet.
Six billing models
Daily, monthly, per km, per engine hour, per trip or a fixed fee per period.
Assignment-based billing
A vehicle is assigned to the project; a completed assignment's counter readings produce the progress payment line.
Counter records
Km, engine hour and trip records; a counter that goes backwards is rejected.
VAT withholding by contract type
Shuttle transport 5/10, freight 2/10, maintenance and repair 7/10; vehicle rental 5/10 only for Law No. 5018 administrations, state-owned enterprises and the other listed bodies. On a municipality's project withholding is switched off; no income tax withholding.
Vehicle, maintenance and fuel records
A vehicle catalogue, periodic maintenance plans and work orders, fuel records with L/100 km efficiency, accident and incident records.
Insurance and inspection alerts
In-app and email alerts 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before a policy or an inspection expires.
