From meal log to progress payment
What comes when the sector goes on sale. Items marked "On the roadmap" are planned but not ready yet.
Daily meal log
One log per day, location and meal type, backed by a signature, a turnstile record or a waybill.
Four-eyes approval
Whoever enters a log cannot approve it. Bulk entry, bulk approval, and fixing and resubmitting a rejected log.
Meal summary
At period end, approved logs are totalled by meal type and location, locked and carried into the progress payment.
Meal-based progress billing
Meal quantity × contract unit price, cumulative from the start of the job; no log is billed twice.
Service procurement deductions
VAT withholding at 5/10; no income tax withholding and no retention.
Annual unit price update
In multi-year contracts, unit prices are updated at the turn of the year by the Domestic PPI, the CPI or a fixed rate.

Logs entered without a connection wait on the device and are sent in order once the connection is back.
