Domestic PPI, 24 Basic Metals
Division 24 of the Domestic Producer Price Index (2003=100), covering basic iron and steel, steel tubes and profiles, precious and non-ferrous metals, and metal casting. In the price adjustment formula it can be bound to the iron and steel products coefficient (b2). The Principles list this division first for that coefficient, then its groups (art. 5/4-c); the contracting authority picks whichever one or more suit the work.
