Domestic PPI, 19 Coke and Refined Petroleum Products
Division 19 of the Domestic Producer Price Index (2003=100), covering coke oven products and refined petroleum products. In the price adjustment formula it can be bound to the other solid or liquid fuels coefficient (b4). The Principles list this division first for that coefficient, then its groups (art. 5/4-d); the contracting authority picks whichever one or more suit the work. Motor fuel (b3) is priced with EPDK's sales prices, not with this index.
